In person, via the internet or phone, we need to get to know each other and uncover whether we are suited to work together. Therefore, we begin with a 20 minute conversation in which we discuss your individual health concerns and goals, and uncover whether nutritional therapy is the most suitable route for your needs.
Your nutritional therapy programme will begin with a face to face consultation where we will discuss your health goals, your current diet and any challenges, as well as your symptoms, allergies and personal and family medical history. I take a holistic approach so it's helpful for me to understand any lifestyle factors such as stress, family or work pressures that could be affecting your health. Together we will devise a personalized and practical nutritional programme tailored to your lifestyle that will include menu recipes and shopping lists. I will also give you some relaxation tips to include breathing techniques and ways to help yo sleep soundly at night. You will will leave with a clear understanding of how we can work together to achieve your optimum health through nutrition.
1.5 to 2 Hours
I recommend a follow up consultation around two or three weeks later to review your progress, discuss any challenges and build on our initial consultation. We can make any necessary adjustments to your nutritional programme so that I can support and motivate you to continue and succeed. Although one follow-up coaching session may be sufficient a total of two to four sessions are suggested so that you feel totally on-track with your new dietary regime. My aim is to provide you with the guidance, support and tools necessary to regain control of your health.

I allocate time with each session, to work on your case behind the scenes, research nutritional and medical literature, contact supplement companies and collaborate with other professions if necessary in order to provide you with the best advice possible. By allowing time before and after each session to prepare for our meetings, I am able to be 100% focused on You.
